Blacklisted High-Yield Investment Program List 2023 (Updated)

The majority of high-yield investment program (HYIP) scams do not involve any “banks” and do not have any “programs” in existence. The “investments” that are being offered do not exist in any real-world context. In a program known as a High-Yield Investment Program, profits are not lawfully obtained in the traditional sense of the word by investing in legitimate opportunities and earning lucrative returns.

If “investment returns” are provided to existing investors or investors who have been with the plan for a longer period of time, it is common practice for these payments to be made from monies that new investors have contributed to the program without their knowledge. Nevertheless, the majority of the time, the program does not make any investment payments or returns of any kind. The perpetrators of the fraud need only to attract as many potential investors as possible in order to make off with their victims’ money when the phony investment period comes to an end.

We have compiled a list of high-yield investment program scammers who has already a bunch of victims. We compiled this list based on victims’ reports and our own investigation. We also tried to check these platforms by intersecting or signing up on these platforms.

When a High-Yield Investment Program is not discovered in a timely manner, it is sometimes difficult for the government to identify the perpetrators of the fraud and/or to recover any of the money that was stolen from investors. Due to the fact that investors are given very little information and that “prime banks” are typically established in foreign jurisdictions, it is highly likely that the perpetrators will have taken the majority of the money for themselves prior to the collapse of these institutions and will have moved on to another international location.
