At first look, their website title mentions that they are ASIC regulated. So, we move on to their “About Us” section to find out the information about ASIC regulation. We found they are very good as they provide a low spread, trusted platform, offering MT4 and MT5 (though in the title, they mention only MT4, and inside they claim both), etc. That means they don’t have any solid base for their company.
Problems With The Regulations
ASIC-regulated means either they are located in Australia or they have branches in Australia. But, they are only based in the USA as their contact number is from the USA. Also, we did not find any information about ASIC regulation. When we searched in ASIC database, we found this:
They are deregistered since 1993 but still showcase the regulation claim. Now, They are based in the USA, but they show, their company is registered under the Securities Commission of the Bahamas, which is actually not a regulatory organization.
Trading Platform
They claim they provide both MT4 and MT5 platforms. They claim their platform is solid and they also received an award of Best MT4 Retailer. But, we did not find any reference link for that claim. Also, we did not find any demo option to check the platform’s functionality.
